Attraxian Planetary Council

Formed after the fall of the old Planetary Council after the holocaustic "Genetic Wars" between humans, bio-gens, and mutants; this new council, headed by Mr. Iichiro Yamashita is dedicated to ensuring peace throughout the galaxy.

Earth, being the Council's home base, is the central meeting place for all delegates and council representatives throughout the galaxy to gather in order to discuss important issues. The wisdom and guidance of this council have helped many planets in the alliance through
desperate times.
